Let the festive season begin

Christmas is almost upon us!
To begin to get you all in the festive spirit we run a series of workshops... Some at the shop and, after last year's success, we are running another couple at the fabulous Cothay Manor!

And I feel that when I'm with you it's alright, you know it's right...

They walked down the isle in the cider barn at Muddifords Court, to 'Songbird'... beautiful song, beautiful couple.

Vikki and Lou were a pleasure to work with, they had a tonne of ideas to share with me, and came with a selection of beautiful mood boards.
Both bouquets were to be different, but connected... and both to be kept a secret from the other, just like the dresses, until the big day!
Vikki, Somerset born, wanted the rustic charm that you get from the country... Lou, Scottish, also loved rustic charm but wanted the inclusion of something that related to her roots, and so we used euringium and heather... the colour-blue, with a touch of pink, peach, ivory... foliage too.

We made a huge heart to hang over the mirror from silver birch, and small wreaths to tie onto the backs of the chairs...
The bridesmaids carried simple posies of gypsophillia.
The venue was decorated with jam jars,
beautifully decorated with lace, burlap and string, along with painted terracotta pots filled with lavenders

Congratulations to the lovely Vikki & Louise, and  huge thank you to Sam Gibson from www.samgibsonweddings.co.uk for the use of these beautiful images.
